I actually like that bl101.com doesn’t overdo it with the emails. I get one here and there, usually with something useful or just a reminder, and if I’m busy it’s easy enough to skip over. Compared to a lot of other sites, it feels balanced, if that makes sense.

They did accept my return, so that part was fine, but the refund took forever. I ended up having to message them more than once just to find out what was going on, which was frustrating. It’s not like they’re the worst shop or anything, but returns really shouldn’t be this much of a pain. I don’t know… I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless I was completely sure I was keeping it.

I ordered from Baseball Lifestyle 101 and actually checked the size chart before buying, but it didn’t help much. The measurements seemed straightforward, so I thought I was good, but the item still showed up smaller than I expected.
On top of that, the package looked like it had been handled carelessly, which made the whole thing even more annoying. Maybe the chart works for some people, but it felt off for me. I wish they included better fit notes or real customer sizing info. I gave 2 stars because at least there was a chart, but it wasn’t very useful...

The box was a little dented, which made me think the items might be damaged, but no, everything inside was actually fine. I was going to say they should definitely improve it, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Could’ve been packed a bit nicer, though

I’m particular about how fabric feels, and this one passed the test for me. It’s soft, comfortable, and still feels nice after wearing it all day.

Their replies were clear, and they stayed with me until everything was sorted out. I’m glad they fixed it because I really didn’t want to have to move on, but the help I got made a good impression.

My card went through fine, so it wasn’t a big issue, but I personally prefer using PayPal whenever I can. Maybe I’m just biased because it feels easier and a bit safer to me, but I’d really like to see it added as a payment option
